Voter Registration Qualifications:

To register to vote in the State of Florida, an individual must meet the following qualifications:

  • Be a U.S. citizen.
  • Be a Florida resident.
    Be 18 years old (you may pre-register if you are 17).
  • Not now be adjudicated mentally incapacitated with respect to voting in Florida or any other state.
  • Not have been convicted of a felony without your civil rights having been restored pursuant to law.
  • Submit your valid Florida driver’s license number or Florida identification card number. If you do not have either of these, you must provide the last four digits of your Social Security number.

All qualified voters are permitted to participate in early voting or vote absentee under Florida law.

Voter Registration Qualifications:

To register to vote in the State of Georgia, an individual must meet the following qualifications:

  • Be a U.S. citizen.
  • A legal resident of Georgia and of the county in which you wish to vote.
  • At least 18 years of age by election day.
  • Not be serving a sentence for conviction of a felony
  • Have not been judicially determined to be mentally incompetent

In the state of Georgia, you do not have to register by political party to vote in the state’s regular primaries or general elections.

You may register to vote at any time, but you must be registered by the close of registration prior to an election if you wish to vote on election day. If you are not registered to vote, register today.
