Win a vintage quilt
The Manatee County Agricultural Museum and Palmetto Historical Park are raffling off a handmade vintage quilt. The quilt is a full-size traditional Dresden Plate quilt. The suggested donation for tickets is $2 for one ticket or $5 for four tickets. No purchase is necessary. The drawing will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, March 14, 2009 in the Palmetto Historical Park. Tickets are available at the Agricultural Museum, 1015 6th St. West, Palmetto. Funds raised through this project will benefit the park’s educational programs for local elementary schools. For more information or to see the quilt, stop by the Ag Museum or call 941-721-2034.
