Winter sandcastles

Nothing is impossible in Florida’s winter weather. Members of Team Sandtastic were spotted recently on the beach in Bradenton preparing for the BeachHouse SandBlast. Team Sandtastic is a professional sand sculpting company with worldwide honors. And it seems that sand sculpting is not just for the beach...some of their most incredible creations were done indoors! They sculpt for shopping centers, theme parks, fairs, festivals, corporate team building events, photo opportunities, fundraisers and more. They even hold hands-on workshops for adults and kids.
According to their website and owner Mark Mason, sand is a dynamic art medium, they can bring a little or a lot for a project. It all depends on the client’s vision. The team is based in Sarasota and creates up to 60 sculptures a year. There are four full-time sculptors and more are added for larger projects.
Check out their website for more information on their creations, honors and awards, and how to contact them directly. www.teamsandtastic.com
